The next session of Kingdom-Life Courses will begin on Wednesday, April 19. These classes are tailored to expand your biblical knowledge, deepen your spiritual life, and connect with others. Meet at the church at 6pm for fellowship, classes start at 6:30. This session will feature two courses:
Missing Jesus: Did you know that interest in Christianity is rapidly falling in our culture, but interest in the person of Jesus remains high? This course simply looks at the life of the most important person to ever live, Jesus. Each class will include a teaching on one aspect of Jesus and then thoughtful discussions in small groups, giving people space to question, disagree and wrestle with this history-changing man.
Days of the Kingdom: Jesus' BIG idea, as found in the New Testament, is the most under-taught topic in today's church. This study uncovers the framework of Jesus' life and ministry and the call for our kingdom-life today. Arranged in daily readings and weekly group discussions, you will become more biblical in your practice of following Christ and living the kingdom-life in the manner He taught.
What is the cost? $30 per person, which includes materials, two meals (first and last week of session) and child care.
Childcare? Nursery for babies/toddlers, fun activities for elementary age children.
Can I invite friends? Please do! You are encouraged to invite others interested in beginning or deepening their walk with Jesus.
