WHERE ON THE JOURNEY

ARE YOU?

Get in the water. Keep on rowing.

Whatever lies ahead, SCC wants to help you live more deeply into God’s call for your life. As you connect with people, ministries, and a growing sense of purpose, you can be free to care about the things worth caring about, and to be cared for in all the ways that matter to you. And because God sent his Son for you, equip yourself to go out into the world that needs you, exactly as the person God is making you to be.

who we are

Experiencing the Power and Presence of God Together.

SCC started out as a group of everyday people pursuing Jesus together, experiencing the goodness of God in joy and in tears. Three decades and two church plants later, we are still in this together – pursuing the abundant kingdom life that God intends for us, bringing peace to a broken and challenging world.

Sunday Mornings

What to Expect

Every worship service we seek the presence of God through his Holy Spirit. A Sunday morning includes worship, celebration of the sacraments and a Biblically-based message. You can experience a Sunday at SCC by attending a service in-person or via livestream, both starting at 10am.

What People Are Saying

  • “After a long season of church shopping, we stumbled across SCC by attending Financial Peace University there. We felt more connected with a church body in that class than in the worship services of other churches we had visited. It was a taste of God’s hospitality toward us. We have enjoyed getting to know the community better by getting involved in our KLC and volunteering. After nearly two years, we are still so grateful for the church family we are a part of.”

    — Pete

  • “Thank you for being God's shepherd and leading so many people away from the lukewarm world and encouraging them to seek a personal relationship with Jesus. You changed my life for the better, I feel like I have found my faith and hope in God and Jesus again.”

    — Jessica

  • “Through years of prayers and tears I asked the Lord to help me hear His voice and feel His loving presence, and He led me right into the arms of this loving community. I found healing and direction with every service as I listened to Pastor Eric guide the congregation through his love for God's Word and the evidence of Christ in his life. This amazing community has blessed me with trustworthy friendships and endless compassion.”
