MISSIONS
Think OUTSIDE & INSIDE the Box
Vital to any mission or ministry are caring Christians willing to meet the needs of others. As we continue to explore Kingdom Living, think about the opportunities you have to serve, locally, nationally, and globally. Talk and pray on how and where you’re being called to serve.
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
-Acts 1:8 (NIV)

national missions
Our Middle and High School youth are committed to sharing God’s love with the people around them through national service. No Strings Attached is SCC’s performing troupe. Using puppetry, ventriloquism, and various dance routines, the youth of our congregation present the gospel message throughout the U.S. in a way that is both engaging and memorable.
global missions
Relying on God’s grace, not our own power, we go around the globe to bring real transformation through the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. International trips are ongoing and are frequently in direct support of the missionaries SCC supports. Senders are a vital part of each short term mission trip. Lend us your support as a team communicator, trainer, supply coordinator, or fund-raiser. Prayer partners are also an exciting way to come along side a short term missionary!
SCC partners with the following missionaries overseas:
We are all called to missions to share the message of God’s love for His people. It is an opportunity to go, to send, to pray, and to share the love we have in Jesus Christ. Missions not only affects those around us, but it can also have a profound impact in our own lives as well. Missions is God working through us, and in us, to achieve His will. All we have to do is take the first step—He’ll handle it from there.
