Kingdom courses return January 11
The winter term of Kingdom courses will begin on Wednesday, January 11 at 6:00 p.m. A light dinner will be served and is included in the registration fee; childcare is provided for an additional charge. Courses include:
The Alpha Course—Get your questions answered about spirituality and Christianity. Cost: $30 Read More and Register
Next Steps—Better understand the Bible, some spiritual practices and spiritual gifts. Cost: $30
Days of the Kingdom—This study focuses on the biblical beliefs and principles regarding the Kingdom of God. Become more biblical in your practice of following Christ and living life in the manner He taught. Cost: $40 Read More and Register
Recovering from the Losses in Life—Move beyond loss to new hope for the future. Cost: $30
Employment Restoration—Practice interviewing, networking; write an effective resume, etc.
The Kairos Course is a ten-session, interactive course on world Christian mission, inspiring and challenging Christians to active and meaningful participation in missions. The Kairos Course utilizes a variety of adult learning styles including group discussions, short lectures, devotions, prayer, video presentations, and student participation in specially designed activities. The course is particularly relevant for people who have done short-term missions projects and those planning to go to Alaska this summer. The course will be led by experienced missionaries who are part of our congregation. Don’t miss it! Cost: $45. Approximately 2 hours of homework is required per week.
S.H.I.N.E. (for 6-19 year olds) - Impact your culture by taking the kingdom wherever you go through leadership and communication training. Cost: $45
