Our Beliefs

  • We believe that the Bible is God's Word, perfect for salvation. We study it to know God, to be guided, to be changed, and to learn how to carry out His work.
  • We believe there is one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He created the universe and continues to interact with it. He is perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. He is compassionate and just.
  • We believe that God created humanity and gave us freedom of choice. As a result of that freedom of choice, man fell from God's grace through the lives of Adam and Eve; so that by nature and choice, all humanity sins and falls short of the glory of God's presence. To bring us back to Him, God sent His only Son, Jesus, to earth. When Jesus was crucified, He voluntarily took the punishment we deserve. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven, and that He continues to intercede for us. We believe He will return to earth personally.
  • We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells in those who are saved, enabling them to maintain faith and show Christ's love. We believe that new birth by the Holy Spirit is essential for salvation.
  • We believe that those who believe in and follow Christ are saved and given eternal life.

  • We are committed to relationships and transformation in community. Acts 2:42-47
  • We place an emphasis on discipling (reproducing, multiplying) Servant Leaders. Eph. 4:11-16
  • We practice Peacemaking as a model by Jesus. Matt.18:15-20
